Suddenly I can’t print calendar in any view except Agenda. Print Preview works, but the Print button stays grey color, so can’t print from either the print icon, or File>Print. I can print emails, contacts, etc.; just not while in calendar daily, weekly or monthly views. Frustrated, please help.
