All worked fine for 6 months. Phone problem started mid -July. No change in device. Email works across all devices
I have :
repaired the folder
Uninstalled/re-installed the app on phone
Powered off /on all devices
Entered test events across all devices. Phone gets nothing including from itself:
Entered test message on phone. Got no reminder on phone but did on computer and IPad.
I have read related info on the site but can’t find anything to fix this issue. Ios 26 on Phone
First make sure you are using the latest official OS26.6 on iPhone and not a Beta version incase you have the Beta installed where some users did.
If you already have the latest official OS26.6 installed, then go to your “Settings / Notifications” and check you have selected “Count, Stack or List” at the top.
Then scroll down to “eM Client” in the Notifications list and open that, and check you have “Allow Notifications” enabled at the top, and “Time Sensitive Notifications” enabled.
Then under Alerts make sure you have “Lock Screen, Notification Centre & Banners” checked and select “Temporary or Persistant” as the Banner Style.
Then enable “Sounds & Badges” & enable “Show on Mac” if you have a Mac computer.
Next check you have “Announce Notifications” set to On , and Lock Screen “Show Previews” set to Always Default, and Notification Grouping set to Automatic.
Lastly in the eM Client mobile app, press “Menu / Settings” and open your account and check that you have Push Notifications enabled which may also be required for Calendar notifications.

Thanks for the reply. All items above are OK. Still no joy.
I did see something this morning. On Phone when I look at the event the alarm bell does not show - even on recurring events that had an alarm bell months ago. Ipad has the bell but does not remind.
