Calendar blank (sometimes)

Hi,
Sometimes when I start eM Client, my calendar is blank, and the “ticks” against the various fields in the L/H side panel are not there. This doesn’t happen every time, probably about one in 5 restarts.
If I then tick them again, everything comes back.
Is there any way I can make the “ticks” sticky ?

We do not experience the issue you have
We note you do not have the latest version of eMC, maybe update will solve

1./ First make a Backup before any update (Menu >Backup)
2./ To proceed, completely shot down eMC
3./ Download the relevant upgrade .msi installation file

(Release History | eM Client)

4./ Move file to Desktop if not already there
5./ Double click the .msi file and wait for installation to complete
6./ Disable option to:
Set eMC as default application (as upgrading should already be set - do manually if not)
Run on Windows start up (you can set this later if you want - we do not)
Launch eM Client
7./ Finish

Again this procedure has never failed for us.
