Calendar - all day events

There are some events (versus meetings) that are all-day ones. All day should, IMHO be timezone agnostic by default. If I enter the birthday when I am visiting someone in the pacific time zone, and look at it when I am back home on the eastern time zone, that birthday is spread across 2 days.
