In 8.* versions of eM Client CalDAV/CardDAV accounts are useless. I can add a calendar and contacts account, but these items are not visible in the tabs, there is no item to click. In older versions of eM Client, after adding a separate DAV account, it just created a new list item with the account name and available calendars and address books, in the new version it does not exist.
