Cache leeren

Hallo,

ich habe vor einer Woche das Logo in den E-Mail-Vorlagen unseres Onlineshops geändert. Das Logo ist absolut verlinkt in den Vorlagen, ich habe nur die Datei ausgetauscht, der Pfad ist identisch.
Erhalte ich E-Mails aus unserem Shop, ist in emClient das alte Logo, in der Apple Mail.app ist das neue Logo. Es liegt also an emClient.

Weiß jemand, wie ich den emClient-Cache leeren kann?

I changed the logo in our online shop’s email templates a week ago. The logo is directly linked within the templates; I only replaced the file, and the path is identical.

When I receive emails from our shop, emClient shows the old logo, while Apple Mail app shows the new one. So the issue is with emClient.

Does anyone know how I can clear the emClient cache?

To clear the local mail cache in eM Client, right click on your Inbox (or All Mail if it’s Gmail) and then click “Properties” at the bottom. Then click the “Repair” tab at the top and click “Repair”. Then suggest to close and reopen eM Client.

Once the cache is cleared, your messages will be slower to reread till fully cached again.

Note: Before running the repair, make a manual backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason. You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via clicking the drop-down on the right of Refresh.

If you are referring to your email Contact "Avatar (Logo) at the top left of your email address, go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Contacts / General” and remove the checkbox “Download avatars from external sources” and then Apply and save settings and then close and reopen eM Client and then re-enable that in Settings.
