You have to use Windows Explorer (or other file manager) to navigate to that folder. (Note that “current user” is your login name).
Be careful deleting. Make sure you only delete what you want as deleting or moving a folder can have consequences on other programs.
This is simply way to database. You have to access it over Windows Explorer like user Larry has told you before me.
