Bug sur calendrier

Bonjour,

Je teste la version gratuite de eM client depuis une bonne semaine.

Tout se passait bien jusqu’à lundi dernier où à chaque tentative de basculer de la boite mail au calendrier cela bloquait.

Je suis obligée de fermer la boite mail et de la ré-ouvrir…

Avez-vous un problème momentané sur votre calendrier ou est-ce un problème sur mon PC?

Je vous informe que j’utilise le calendrier comme un agenda mais je ne pense pas que ce soit la problématique.

Can you explain a little about what you mean when you say switching to the calendar was blocked?

When you click on the calendar button, do you get an error? If so, can you give a screenshot?

Quand je bascule de la boite mail au calendrier, celui-ci s’ouvre immédiatement mais mes rdv ne s’affichent pas et le calendrier reste vide jusqu’à l’apparition d’un encadré disant que EM client ne répond pas. On me propose d’attendre ou de fermer le programme.

Please try the following:

  1. Close and uninstall eM Client, making sure NOT to delete the database folder when asked. That will ensure all your data and settings are there later.

  2. If it exists, delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client folder.

  3. Download and install the latest version from here: https://www.emclient.com/dist/latest/setup.msi

  4. Restart eM Client.

Hello Gary,
I am a BBridge colleague that did what you mentioned above.
It did not fix the problem. It was already the latest version installed.
The PC is a Lenovo X270 with i5 processor, a SSD and 32 gb ram.

As read in the forum, I also made a manual DB repair.
It improved a little the situation : the calendar now shows immediately the current week with all the events. Before it was freezing just after the click on the calendor icon.
But, if we want to see another week, it freezes/crashes…
BBridge was testing your software before a purchase. She chose eM Client, but we cannot buy a solution that crashes.
I plan to make a complet reinstallation, without saving the database, to see if it may fix the problem…
