On a touchscreen win 10 tablet I got no popup menu on links (to copy the address e.g.) in a email message body. It should be: tap and hold - got popup menu. Nothing appears instead.
right click works ok
Is this “when you switch to tablet mode” or is this “in normal mode” ?
Also what version of eM Client are you running ?
normal mode. I don’t think there’s a difference in what mode it is. tap and hold for a right click simulation is a universal thing and it works everywhere. In em client it works where I expect it to except for this case.
em client version is 10.3.2619 (1e54f4a)
Yes there is a differance if you have a eg: Windows laptop that eg: “folds over and then becomes a tablet” where Windows will then ask you if you want to switch to Tablet mode with Touch support, as opposed to a straight Windows tablet that “doesn’t fold over” like an iPad / Droid tablet.
So if its a straight Windows tablet (non fold over) then it might not yet be supported for tap & hold.
I dunno about what tablets are you talking about. Tap & hold works everywhere for me, including em client, except for links in message body.
My tablet have a detachable keyboard. Everything works the same way with and without the kb attached, except for on-screen keyboard, it doesn’t appear automatically when I tap on text fields & when physical kb is present.

Ok so yours is a non fold over Windows tablet.
Suggest then to try the “upcoming release” v10.3.4341 as per the forum link below info and see if it makes any difference.
If this version still doesn’t fix your issue, then send that feedback to [email protected]
Note: if you do try the upcoming version, before installing make a manual backup via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason. You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via clicking the drop-down on the right of Refresh top left. Also close eM Client before updating.
