When a reminder comes up, I have a dropdown where I can pick reminder me in 5 mins, 10, 1hr, 1 day. No matter what I pick it defaults to 5 mins and disappears. Its done this for a while, it should be fairly easy to test and verify as a bug.
Just mentioning this as its an annoyance with recurring things I need to delay.
