Emclient is set so that when clicking ‘move to junk’ it automatically blackmails the domain. Which works fine. It also works when pressing ctrl-j - the default shortcut.
However, I changed this shortcut to SHIFT+DELETE and when this is pressed, the email is deleted, but the domain is not blacklisted.
Any solutions for this?
Hi Frank, unfortunately the shortcut Shift+delete is a system assigned shortcut that deletes files immediately without first moving the into the recycle bin.
I’m afraid you’ll have to change the shortcut for this action. Thank you for reporting this I believe it might be appropriate to disable adding such shortcut on the list of shortcuts in eM Client.
