No subfolders copied from outlook 2007, bought Pro version but need to move whole pc software and emails from Xp machine to Win 7pro as XP machine dying. How to do this?
Hello Ian, how did you import/export your data from Outlook, have you tried to import your accounts and folders using the built-in import feature in eM Client?
Outlook import allows you to select if you want to import your accounts from your Outlook installation or if you want to import your data from a selected PST file.
If you were using local folders in Outlook, you have to import these data using the PST import as the account import will only transfer your account setup information including your server settings and user names.
