blueyonder addressees can no longer receive from my google account on eM Client

Up until last week I was able to send to blueyonder email addressees from my gmail address on eM Client.  Now I get the delay message and then permanently undeliverable  It says that there are too may simultaneous services.  I can send from my tablet and phone without a problem

Hello Jackie,
are these messages from the blueyonder server? Are there any errors in eM Client?
Could you perhaps screenshot one of the message delay/undeliverable warnings here?

Regards,
Olivia

Thank you.  Some emails are getting through now, but it is ‘hit and miss’ and some are several days late.  This is the warning message (below).  It may turn into an undeliverable message later.

I don’t think you would be needed at a rota meeting so no problem!

the following is what I get when it turns to a failure message:

Dr Jackie Long, Emersons Green,Bristol, UK

Hello Jackie,
even though you experience this problem with eM Client, there is unfortunately nothing we can do.
This message is generated as a reply from the recipient’s server to your gmail server.
The gmail support article that is in the reply mentions few things that could be wrong with the recipient’s server - https://support.google.com/mail/answe…
But the issue could also be that you are logged in to too many active devices with your gmail account and gmail tries to synchronize with all of them and creates more sessions with the recipient’s server.

Some useful support post explaining this problem can also be found here:
Too many simultaneous connections - https://support.google.com/mail/answe…

Regards,
Olivia

thanks for trying - frustrating!
