I have no idea whats going on here,is this some type of virus? I keep getting this message but i`m still able to send and receive emails.

It means the address you have sent the email to is not accepted by your email provider.

You can click on the Edit Item option, correct the address, then send it.

Or if you want to delete it, click on Edit Item, then use Menu > Message > Delete.
