Block a specific own email address

To help manage spam, I use a unique email address every time I signup or register - I just buy a domain name and have all emails to that domain forwarded to my genuine email. It suits me, but emClient doesn’t seem to have the same rule customisation I need for this - I want to be able to blacklist (or write a rule) for any of these unique TO ME addresses. (If you tell me how, you won’t have to read further, haha)

E.g. Years ago, I had to provide an email address for adobe, so I used adobe@myDummyDomain. Some time later, I started getting spam TO this address. Adobe said it wasn’t their fault, although at the time the web carried plenty of stories that they’d been hacked but were refusing to admin it. I blocked the adobe address, no more spam from that source, whatever it was.

But, later, I had to re-register, this time I used adobe1@myDummyDomain
This time there were no stories about hacking, but over time I started getting spam from multiple sources to that address.
(Note that - pleasantly surprised here - I get VERY little spam TO these many unique addresses. Most companies seem to do enough to protect email addresses.)

So (repeating) how can I junk all emails with a specific TO address?
