blank Print Preview after importing data from Outlook

eM Client 7.1.32792.0

Trying to print any E-Mail, even plain text, results in empty preview and empty prints. Changing the printer does not help, however saving as PDF works.

The problem occurs after importing data from Outlook 2013

the path to my TEMP Directory in windows settings is correct

User path: TEMP and TMP = %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp

System path: TEMP and TMP = %SystemRoot%\TEMP
