Does blacklisting a domain have any impact on my non-spam emails?

Blacklisting an entire domain name will only have an effect on your normal mail if your non spam senders use the same @domain.x.x

So if you have some non spam senders who also use that same domain, then “just block them by their email address” and dont block the entire domain name.
