Blacklist senders e-mail/domain

I ordered a product from Amazon and did not leave a review but complained in their chat service. I am now getting e-mails from individuals regarding my complaint,not sure how that is happening. I have filed over 6 suspicious e-mails to Amazon, changed my password and am using 2nd authorization because of this. I have black listed the senders e-mail and the domain. But nothing is working, any suggestions out there?? I just keep hitting delete in hopes that they will get tired of this.
