Blacklist rule missing

I have used “Move to Junk and Blacklist” on many emails, but continue receiving them.  While doing a search, I found that there should be a Blacklist Rule in the rules list.
I cannot find such a rule and am afraid that I may have inadvertently deleted it when I was getting started with eM.
Is there a way to create a new Blacklist rule?
Thanks,
John

Hi John, what version of eM Client are you currently using? If you don’t have a blacklist under Tools > Rules, it should be automatically created once you add some new domain/email address to the blacklist using the button.
What type of account are you using in eM client?

Thank you,
Paul.

Paul,

My eM Client is version 6.0.21040.0

Both of my accounts are Pops.

I’ve clicked the Move to Junk > Move to Junk and Blacklist email many times and there is still no Blacklist Rule.  I also keep getting those emails, so I know they haven’t been blacklisted.

Thanks for being there,
John

Hi John, I’m unfortunately not able to replicate this issue, no matter what account I use, the blacklist is automatically added to my Rules, can you please make a screenshot of the window from Tools > Rules?

Thank you,
Paul.
