Black Friday sale this year (2024)?

I bought EmClient Pro with Lifetime Upgrade with 50% Black Friday discount in 2021. I need a second license for my second computer where I have the same configuration of accounts. I use this computer alternately. A new Personal license is a slightly more expensive than Pro but we got 3 devices not 1. I wanted upgrade my Pro Lifetime License to Personal Lifetime. It wasn’t possible even if I wanted to pay the price difference. Black Firday is only for a new customers. Only new users are promoted - old ones are simply treated as worthless because they have already paid for the license. Sad and pathetic but increasingly popular among software producers.

Yes, that is true. The 7 day Black Friday sale is for new license purchases.

Existing customers get 50% off the price of a new license, when purchasing additional devices for their license, 365 days a year.

I bought a new license for Personal (3devices) with Lifetime Upgrade on Black Friday for 89,97 Euro

When I try bought additional licenses I`ve got offer for 60Euro for 1 device and 144Euro for 3 device.

1 additional device 60 Euro

3 additional device 144 Euro

So where is the 50% discount for an existing customer ? I bought a new lifetime Personal license (def 3 devices) for about 30euro per 1 device.

Without Black Friday discount Personal with Lifetime Upgrade costs 109,95 Euro

or 115,27 USD

The new personal and business license version black Friday deals “are definitely showing 50% disc with a line through them when I tested via the link today”, when I pressed Apply discount, and also the 50% discounted existing customer extra device license is as well as per @gary link above.

So if you believe the 50% disc is not correct, I would suggest to email [email protected] who can check your purchase specifically.

Nope, it’s my fault, I was wrong. The site clearly says “Discount cannot be used for version or Lifetime Upgrades”.

So the 50% off doesn’t apply to the $90 USD lifetime upgrade fee. As far as the $119 price I kept referring to, that was indeed shown on the site, but it was correct. This was all just a failure of memory on my part.

I’m sorry. I blame the bourbon.
