Bigpond Emails receiving in Outlook and Iphone but not eM Client

I setup eM Client yesterday and during the auto add of accounts it made my Bigpond/Telstra email a POP3 when the settings should be imap. So, this morning I deleted the POP3 account and reinstalled as Imap and it has firstly set it up as an outlook (that doesn’t change the problem) so I’ve changed the settings to imap.telstra.com and regardless of settings it will not drop new emails into eM Client event though I know there are emails, as they appear on my phone.

Hoping someone can help me as I am loving eM Client (in the short time I’ve been using it) and I don’t want to go back to outlook 2016 because it won’t recognise an email address using exchange client.
