If I change/add a Signature via licensemanager, I need to force update the settings in the licensemanager and the “check for updates” menu item in the client itself. If I do that, emClient wants to replace existing Mail Accounts with the configured ones in the licensemanager.
Is there a way to only update Signatures / Quicktexts etc…?
We understand License manager’s Server settings are not very flexible for such use case. I would suggest to have distinct Server settings item for accounts setup and for signatures.
First set the server settings item to setup accounts on all the machines and then change it to Signatures/QuickTexts server settings item.
However I have good news for you, we are working on 2 way sync of all these items (Signatures, templates, accounts, QuickTexts, quick actions, shortcuts etc) for the version 11. It should be much more flexible than the current server settings feature. It will sync almost immediately once an item is added or modified.
