I have been using since v8 and now I want to upgrade to v10 as well as migrate to MacOS. I do and backup and restore and just found it does not work behind proxy in MacOS. I got the following message when launched:

11:14:58 Online state: changed to online due to NetworkAvailability
11:14:58 Online state: changed to offline due to NetworkAvailability

You can also contact eM Client official support for further assistance on Proxy support with PC or Mac if you have a current paid active Pro or Personal version via the VIP support page. Login at the top left and submit a support ticket.
