It’s not easy to change from one email software to another so, before I uninstall I’d like to know if there is a way to solve these problems:
1- Duplicate emails - Sometimes it sends 2 or 3 (never more that I recall) email copies, which obliges me to send another apologizing email…
2- Updates mess up keyboard shortcuts - not a big deal though.
3- Sooo slow to update screens compared to other programs I used. And sometimes freezes. I have to clese and open some windows to force them to refresh.
4- It also takes too long to syncronize, I bet there’s a way to configure this… It’s like it sycronizes all my emails everytime. Is there a way to syncronize just a week back or a day…?
5- Other than that, I like it
