BCC recipients are not recorded

I use the same mailbox (myname@ourdomain) with eM Client, Roundcube, and Outlook, all of them connecting the in-house EXIM server via IMAP/SMTP. I observed some anomalies about BCC, so I made an experiment described below.

I tried to send the same e-mail, which had a normal recipient in the To field (coworker@ourdomain), and several BCC recipients (client1@hisdomain, client2@herdomain, etc.) using all the three clients (with different subject fields).

All recipients got the mail, I can see them all in the EXIM log files, but if I navigate to the Sent folder, the mail which was sent from eM Client only shows [email protected], and not the clients. It does not matter, which e-mail app I use to open the sent mails, it is always the one which was sent using eM Client that is missing the BCC recipients. It is a really annoying bug, as I would like to be able to track, to whom I sent via BCC.

Is there a setting for this? What should I do?
