base-64 error in latest versiom

Can not send email. Get a " the authentication has failed" “the input in not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base-64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters”. for SMTP.

I have verified and re-verfied, re-typed, created new user and tried all the settings. Nothing works. New received email comes in, but nothing gets sent. I cleared the outbox and tried sending to my email which I know is good and get the same error.

emClient has been updated to the latest version. It has been working fine until this. Help please!

I can not remotely figure this out.

Some things you can try:

Completely disable your anti-virus and firewall and try again.
Check that you have the correct SMTP settings for your provider. Try changing the security policy to Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)
