Backup Failure Version 9.2.1735

Installed update to version: 9.2.1735 on 4/8/23. Daily backups had been working fine until 4/20/23.
Now backups fail with the follow message to contact support:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path is denied.
at System.IO.FileSystem.MoveFile(String sourceFullPath, String destFullPath, Boolean overwrite)
at System.IO.File.Move(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean overwrite)
at System.IO.File.Move(String sourceFileName, String destFileName)
at MailClient.Storage.Backup.BackupCompressionTool.Finish()
at MailClient.DbBackup.FormBackup.Backup(CancellationToken cancellationToken)
at MailClient.DbBackup.FormBackup.<>c__DisplayClass27_0.<MainForm_Load>b__0(Object a, DoWorkEventArgs b)
at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.OnDoWork(DoWorkEventArgs e)
at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.WorkerThreadStart(Object argument)

. The destination folder for backups has not changed.
Can you help?

Obviously I do not know your capability with computers, however, if you consider yourself
capable you can do this:
There is a much quicker way but as I say I do NOT know what you can do.

1./ Menu ->Settings ->General ->Backup ->UNCHECK “Enable periodic backup” ->Save&Close
2./ Exit eMC
3./ I do not know your OS to Open Control Panel so you can do this (or just open if you know how):
4./ Win Key +R to open Run ->Type Control Panel & Click OK
5./ In Control Panel ->Open Windows Tools ->Task Scheduler
6./ In Task Scheduler in Left panel select ->Task Scheduler Library
7./ In center panel locate and DELETE “eM Client”
8./ Exit & Reboot computer
9./ Start eMC ->Enable eMC ->Save&Close
Finally: Menu ->Backup ->Will if you have done all correctly have reset Backup.
