Backup Configuration Settings Only

I am using IMAP and I see no reason to backup emails. My current backup is around 7GB which is a cumbersome size to backup to OneDrive etc.

Is it possible in a future update to provide an option to backup Configuration Settings only?

Alternatively, is there a particular section of the current backup files that I can backup to Onedrive and easily reinstate if necessary and avoid the large file size of the full backup?

You can do that using Menu > File > Export > Export Settings to xml file.
