I often keep emails in “unread” status - sort of a reminder of something that needs to be dealt with. I keep them at the top by means of the ICON grouping. When I eventually read the email, moving it “read” status, the main email window moves me down to the proper location by date. In order to go back to the top, I have to scroll (sometimes a very long way), or find the scroll bar, which is very narrow, and often hard to “grab”.
What would be very useful is a “back to top” button, or something that would achieve the same thing. Thanks for considering this.

It takes you to right to the top of the message list.
