Hello, I check my mail with PopPeeper in IMAP and, as intented, read mails are marked read in GMail account. When I use EmClient, the mails from GMail are, as intented, marked as read when downloaded. I search to automatically mark them as unread when checking new mails. Is it possible ?

New downloaded IMAP emails “are all unread by default” in eM Client (unless they have already been read by another device), and only change to read when the email is highlighted in eM Client.
So “if they are all automatically being marked as read” when they appear / arrive in your eM Client inbox or other IMAP folders, (and no other device configured with the same account has read them), then you will need to contact poppeeper support for assistance as will be some setting in poppeeper causing it.
Sorry for my bad english : PopPeeper works correctly. They are marked as read because I read them. But I would like to mark them “unread” in EMClient so I don’t forget to check them again.
To mark emails as unread in eM Client, select the emails and then “right click” on the selected emails and click “mark as unread” on the dropdown menu that appears.
Or you can click the “small round circle” at the top left of the email subject to toggle them to unread.
Or you can select the email or emails and then click the “mark as unread” button on the toolbar along the top by customising the toolbar via “right clicking on the toolbar”.
