That’s strange you don’t have the automatic reply option with your Gmail account. Automatic replies are supported with Gmail, IceWarp and accounts with Exchange Web Services Protocol as per the eM Client online documentation link end of post below.
I personally do have automatic replies under tools in the latest Beta V10.2.1712 for Pc and Mac’ with my own Gmail IMAP account".
If you already have that same version 10 Beta installed, then suggest to “try uninstalling and reinstalling eM Client” via the release history page and see if that fixes it. When uninstalling, if you have Windows “don’t delete the database” when asked on the uninstall wizard. Also make a backup before uninstalling via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason.
Now if you don’t have V10.2.1712 installed, then first backup eM Client via “Menu / Backup” and then once backed up, close eM Client and install the above version via the release history page.

“This feature is currently available only for users with Gmail accounts, IceWarp accounts and accounts which use Exchange Web Services protocol”.
Do you have the “Google Settings” service enabled in General tab in Menu>Accounts for your Gmail accounts?
hi Olivia
wow , now it works
but can i ask you about em client rules and scheduled reply (send later) ?
can em client create even gmail rules using google settings?
can send later work using google settings or pec without keeping em client running?
i mean using google or other providers to send an email at a specific day and hour
sometime ,em client gives me an error , this
thanks a lot Olivia
We can synchronize server rules for Gmail and create them - but there are fewer options compared to local rules, since Gmail does not support all the same functions we do and vice versa, we have an article on the topic on our blog:
Send later unfortunately is not synchronized to the server, the message is kept in the local Outbox until the time to send it passes - we had bad experience in the past when synchronizing these messages since most servers just sent the message right away instead of waiting for the specified time. So for send later to work, eM Client needs to stay running at the specified time.
The error seems to indicate there is trouble connecting to the server, I’d check for any other connection errors in Menu>Operations window. Could be just a temporary issue on the server though.
