I just realized that I have left my PC on because it is set to do a local ‘image backup’ of the PC on an external HDD connected to the PC via USB and using third party software called EasUS ToDo.
eM Client is running and by that I mean it is open but minimized on the PC.
I am out and am wondering if the eM Client database will get corrupt when the scheduled image backup takes place. Nobody would be working or using the PC or eM Client.
Please advise. Thanks

I also use Ease Us ToDo and since a few years, it has become possible to use the PC when the disk image software starts.
So I don’t think you’ll have any problems, in fact EaseUs creates a snapshot, a bit like a camera.

The best way to tell if there is any problem with the eM Client automatic backup.zip when your computer image was running is to test a restore after the computer image is completed.
So do a new manual backup of eM Client first via “Menu / Backup” incase you have any issues with the automatic backup. Then click “Menu / File / Restore” and select your prev automatic backup.
If you then have any problems, restore your new manual last backup.
