Automatic Log-on Problem

I have checked “Settings>General>Startup on logon” but eClient still does not start. Suggestions, please!

Bill

You need to tick the option Run on system startup, then click on Save & Close.

Hi Gary,

Thanks for your reply but that is exactly what I did, restarted, & eClient did NOT appear until I clicked on the eClient icon!

You can check your startup apps, maybe it is disabled there.

To do that, start Task Manager which you will find by using Ctrl + Alt + Del. Then click on the Startup apps tab. Check that eM Client is not disabled.

Hi Gary,

That did the trick! I have no idea how eClient was “disabled” in the first place but it’s fixed now! Thanks!
