Automated Name and Address Books

I already asked this question but have not received an answer, which leads me to think my message got lost somewhere. it is - is there a program that can be used with eM data to print address books Outlook style? My wife has carried two different address books for her personal and our joint personal contacts for years. I now need to update her address books and would like to find some way to speed that process. Thank you

Hi,
I’m sorry, I’m not sure what feature you’re describing.
Can you please specify it or maybe provide a screenshot of the feature from outlook?

Thank you,
Paul.

I will try to send a print file… karl
It doesn’t work. Can you send an email address to send the print file to?

Hi, you can print selected items from the phone list by selecting them using shift or ctrl button, then right click the selection and choose print selected.

You can also chose what columns are shown in the list thus print only the ones shown. You can do that by right clicking the column and select column configuration.

This is all that can be done with for customized print, except using business cards for printing.

Thank you,
Paul.
