I have gone into Menu, Tools, Settings, Backup and set a target directory, Enabled periodic backup, Freq 1 day, Preserve last 5… day after day nothing happens, no error messages, nothing. I have gone into Windows settings and set it so it can backup when the computer is asleep… all that, nothing… I have tried directing to a different directory, nothing. I am at wits end. Windows 10, 64 bit. EmClient version 7.2.37929.0. What can I do?
You can look in Menu > Tools > Operations and see if there is any backup error in the Log tab, but if the computer is asleep, the backup cannot happen. Windows needs to be running for that application to run.
