Everything that I can do manually, I would like to be able to either automate or execute time-controlled.
So a kind of “Execute rule” macro that is executed trigger and/or time-controlled.
Reasons:
I have e-mail folders that are filled from other sources.
I can now run rules manually on these folders without any problems, but I always have to select everything manually (which rules, which folder).
Very time consuming…
I have a similar request, being able to run all rules against a specific set of folders (generally Inbox folders). Currently I have to ‘Apply’ the rules and select the folders manually each time - same folders each time.
It would be great to be able to run a selected set of rules against a selected set of folders automatically (maybe run a macro or something).
Agree, having to always set the folder to run rules on, when 99% of the time it’s inbox, it’s very annoying and time consuming.
