Trying to set up account in EM Mail but I can only find automatic set-up option which doesn’t want to work. Is there away of bypassing the auto (which opens up automatically every time I go into accounts) so that I can enter server details etc. manually?
Hi Stuart, are you having some issues while setting up the account in eM Client? If the automatic setup is not working, are you seeing any errors while setting up the account?
You can also setup the account manually, but in case the automatic setup isn’t able to setup the account there might be a server issue or you might be using incorrect credentials. In some cases having a security software such as proxy or firewall can also cause issues during the account setup in case the application is blocking eM Client’s ability to connect to the server.
