The scroll bar is the only indicator that there are more attachments. It’s not visible unless you mouse over the email.
In the upcoming build V10.3.4341 for Pc and Mac “which you can now test via the following forum link”, the attachment scrollbar “is now showing there automatically” on the far right of the attachments “without having to hover over the attachment area” as in my Mac example below.
