The scroll bar is the only indicator that there are more attachments. It’s not visible unless you mouse over the email.
Someone brought up this issue and it appeared to be ignored. Please don’t let these issues ruin emclient. There aren’t a lot of alternative email clients out there. Thanks
There is a Sleekplan suggestion to add a visible indicator to show there is more attachments which you can vote for below.
It makes sense, we’ll do that immediately. Expect it in the next update.

In the upcoming build V10.3.4341 for Pc and Mac “which you can now test via the following forum link”, the attachment scrollbar “is now showing there automatically” on the far right of the attachments “without having to hover over the attachment area” as in my Mac example below.
