Attachments names get cut out (and no extension)

Hi, sometimes I receive emails with attachments that their names are cut out, leaving them with no extension, therefore very difficult to understand what kind of file it is.

I am using Windows 10 (64 bit) and em client 7.2.34711.0

I am attaching 2 screenshots (one with em client and one with outlook) showing the problem.

Hello, I am having the same issue, it happens when the file has a very long name. Can anybody help?
