Any ideas on how to get eM Client to open attachements again? No matter what account (IMAP, Exchange), just stopped opening attachements a couple of weeks ago. Even resetting the accoutns dont help…if somebody has a good fix to this, much appreciated!!! VS60223440
Hello Antti, we’ve came across this issue a while back, but hopefully it’s already resolved, please update your eM Client to this release, 6.0.22504.0 and perform folder repair on all affected folders that contain emails with attachments, but where it seems to be unable to download the attachment.
To perform repair, please right click the folder in the left pane and select Properties > Repair and click on the “Repair” button.
