I received emails on my phone (Outlook) but not on my computer (EM client) . why?

I have the same, see my post today “no incoming mesages”
You could have “a different account or different login name” configured in eM Client for Desktop compared to your phone, so its then not receiving the same email.
Or
If you have the same account / login name configured on your desktop as your phone, then “you might have the wrong mail server settings” and so are not getting any mail on the desktop.
Or
If you have the same mail account on the desktop as your phone and same server settings, then you may have a eg: background program running resident blocking the desktop mail client.
So first thing, go to “Menu / Accounts” and click on your Outlook account and “see if it has the same email address and acct login name”, and “same incoming mail server settings” etc as you iPhone.
If it does have the same account name and server details etc, then update what your “Server Address, Server Port & Security Policy” is so we can check if there is any obvious errors.
Also “is it an Outlook.com IMAP setup”, or is “it an Outlook Exchange type account setup”.
Also if you have any optionally installed eg: Firewall / Security programs, or optionally installed Antivirus program or Vpn “other than what comes default with your OS”, try for test to completely disable those to test incase of any interference.
