As far as I can judge from my experience there are no compatibility issues between eM Client and MailEnable, except for the lack of email folder sharing support, which is a show stopper for peoble wanting to switch over from Outlook to eM Client.
Can we expect to see mail folder sharing with MailEnable in the near future?
