archiving, please explain it to a potential buyer who is used to microsoft outlook. ive sent emails to your sales people and had no reply, im assuming the trial period will run out before i get an answer to the question?

My colleague is now responding, we do not offer 24/7 reply so it is not instant.
Anyway archiving emails in eM Client means that they are deleted from server and stored localy only, it helps save space on email servers.
