Depends on the account type. Eg: If you have a Gmail account and manually archive email, it then only shows in the “All Mail” folder under your Gmail account.
In eg: Outlook they go to an “Archive” folder under your Outlook account.
So best thing would be to “go to the search field in eM Client” either at the top right up to V9 or top centre in V10, and select “All Folders in your search criteria”.
Then when you find the email “Right click on the email” and select “Properties”. Then you will see what folder location the archived email is in.
