Applying rules on start up

I have 3 accounts - gmail, pop3, imap. At work I read gmail in browser, get imap through outlook and don’t care about pop3 account. Then at home I launch eMClient and see some rules not being automatically applied on start up for items that I have read at work. It looks like whether these rules are applied or not depends on account - they are always applied for pop3 account, sometimes not applied on start up for gmail and never applied on start up for imap account. If I get new emails on those accounts when eMClient is already running, or if I run rules manually, all works great on all accounts.

All rules are simple, they assign a category based on where email comes from.
Is this how it should work? If it is, then can you add something like “Force run on start up” checkbox in Rules settings?

Send us your logs please: go to menu Tools->Settings->Advanced->Logging and check “Rules” under the problematic account. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.
