i have formatted my pc and i installed my emclient ver9 and i lost, how can i retrieve my old message from my emails accounts in packup file i had ? please help me
In Windows Explorer go to your Documents folder and create an eM Client folder. Put the backup zip file in that folder.
Start eM Client and use Menu > File > Restore.
