Any support? Tickets are going unanswered

Hi all,

I do have a Pro licence which entitles me to direct support by the developers through the ticketing system but my support tickets are unfortunately going unanswered since December. Ticket #123203.

My issue is in relation to this Disable notifications for specific folders - #17 by Rusty38

Anyone have any ideas? Issue seems to be with version 8 as version 7 worked flawlessly.
Was probably better off sticking to version 7 and saving the money until version 8 is more stable.


When did you purchase your Pro License?

For version 8 in December.

Raising the ticket priority may help
