Having trouble connecting. Have reinstall but to no avail. Continent to get message Connection Failed

Not much information supplied but you can try turning off your Anti-Virus and VPN.
If that does not help, let us know what the error is as defined in MENU > OPERATIONS, what version of eMC you are using, who hosts your Email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc). The more information supplied the easier it will be for one of the volunteers to assist.
