An error has occured when sending an Email: "Invalid Characters in Path"

when sending as attachment with Word 2016  I get the Invalid Characters in Path Error followed by a generic Mapi Error.  The Mapi connection does work however if I choose to send as a PDF.  I don’t get this error with other Office 2016 Products and sending as attachments works great

Hello Gary,
sounds like an issue with how Word saves its .doc files than an issue with eM Client.
Or is the error message generated by eM Client? Could you perhaps take a screenshot of it?

I’ve attached the error.

Then another generic word error comes up that says "Word couldn’t send mail because of mapi error “unspecified error”
